About Us

Inquisicook is a family-owned company based just outside of Athens, Georgia. Recognizing that science and cooking made perfect partners but were rarely paired in an educational setting, we set out to create a program that does just that. What began as the seed of an idea many years ago has taken root as a movement to promote cooking as the ultimate applied science.

Inquisicook 1 was released in 2021, followed by Inquisicook 2 in 2024. Guided by a passion for excellence in education, our small team continues to conduct research, create curricula, develop and test recipes, and—as time allows—host in-person Culinary Science workshops. Our next major project is Inquisicook Junior, slated for release in 2025.

We think the ability to make a meal out of what's on sale, what's in season, or what's in the fridge is an important life skill—not a specialty reserved for a select few. Our goal is to put Culinary Science within reach for all students, and we're just getting started. Stay tuned.
